Charlotte was always professional throughout the proceedings and provided support in a very stressful situation in our lives. Charlotte helped me when Social Services issued care proceedings concerning my child. My child was returned to my care at the end of the proceedings. I found that Charlotte spoke to me like I was a person and not another case. She was professional and kept me up to date throughout the proceedings. I've purchased several properties over the years, and not one has ever been "easy". So it was with some dread that I recently embarked on the sale of two neighbouring flats that I felt sure would generate all manner of challenges. Fortunately however, I was recommended Chris Maddison from BTMK, who at once assigned Molly Thomson to my sale - and I really can't speak highly enough of her enthusiasm and dedication to her job. Whilst there were indeed, many challenges along the way, Molly was relentless! Quick to respond to any emails, It always felt like she was giving 110% as she drove the sale forward, until completion was no longer "possible" - but "inevitable". And whilst the process took longer than I might have hoped, those delays were never down to BTMK. Not once did I ever feel ignored, fobbed off or like I might be one of several clients Molly was juggling. Quite the opposite. In fact, I feel sure that were it not for Molly and her colleagues, the sales might never have happened at all. It's worth mentioning that when Molly wasn't available, Jade Wiseman took over for a day or two, and was equally efficient. Clearly Chris has quite the team. With all this in mind, I have no qualms at all, recommending BTMK.
Excellent service I couldn't recommend Matthew and his team more highly. The process was seamless and I was kept up to date throughout. I have used BTMK to both sell a property in the past and to recently buy a property. Sometimes good service goes unnoticed or taken for granted but my personal circumstances, extremely stressful due to a messy break up, meant I needed a quick and efficient service. Kevin, Yolanda and Danielle were superb and meant the process saved me a lot of stress and sleepless nights. Yes, I could have gone cheaper by choosing an online solicitor but it’s worth paying a little more these days for a better service. Can't thank them enough in what was a really stressful time. I had a very positive experience dealing with Gabriella Shepherd. She helped me resolve a tenancy agreement issue with a less than transparent landlord who was previously ignoring all my attempts to communicate, simply threatening court action. Gabriella was totally on top of the legal arguments than needed to be made, she responded quickly and helped me reach a satisfactory compromise. I did not shop around as BTMK were recommended by a trusted friend, so I am not sure if their fees are competitive - but I was happy to pay for their top notch advice.
