Simran joined BTMK as a Qualified Solicitor and is currently based in our Residential Property department. Holding over 4 years of experience, Simran specialises in all areas of Property Law, including but not limited to, Residential Conveyancing, Transfers of Equity, Buy-to-Let Properties and Auctions. Simran has a wide exposure in dealing with all clients, from first time buyers to portfolio Landlords. Purchasing a new home can be overwhelming for many, but Simran is more than happy to assist and advise you along the way to ensure a smoother transaction throughout to avoid any confusion, doubts, or unnecessary stress.
When not working in the Rayleigh office, Simran is a keen home baker and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
