Lee qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and became a partner with BTMK in 2014.
He has always maintained a broad corporate and commercial practice and his extensive transactional experience includes acquisitions, disposals, takeovers and mergers, joint ventures and company restructuring. Lee also has considerable skills and technical know-how in drafting, negotiating and advising upon a wide variety of commercial contracts.
