Johanne is a Director at BTMK and Head of our Personal Injury Department. Johanne has over 21 years’ of experience of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims which are her exclusive areas of practice. She was admitted as a Solicitor in May 2001 and has been a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel since 2011. Johanne is the Chair of the Essex Acquired Brain Injury Forum and having undergone brain surgery herself, an active campaigner in raising awareness of Brain Injury and its consequences. Johanne is also a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers), as well as an accredited senior litigator.
