Joanna Smith joined BTMK as Finance Director in 2016. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience across both practice and industry, bringing a depth of financial expertise and strategic insight to the business.

Joanna plays a key role in overseeing BTMK’s financial operations and supporting sustainable growth.

Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, trips to the Peak District, and spending her weekends with her two young daughters.
