Danielle Lang is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) and has specialised exclusively in Family Law since 2015. She advises clients on all aspects of relationship breakdown, including divorce, financial settlements, children matters, cohabitation disputes and domestic abuse.
Danielle is particularly experienced in complex financial cases involving property, pensions and high-value assets, helping clients achieve fair and practical outcomes through negotiation, Non-Court Dispute Resolution or court proceedings where necessary.
She has extensive experience assisting clients in high-conflict cases, including obtaining urgent protective orders such as Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders. Danielle also has a particular interest in cases involving false or exaggerated allegations of domestic abuse, ensuring her clients’ rights are robustly protected.
Drawing on her public children law experience, Danielle provides strategic and effective representation, including cases involving social services, Children’s Guardians and concerns regarding alienating behaviours.
