Codey joined BTMK Solicitors in 2019 as a Marketing Assistant and has since taken on the role of Head of Marketing and Business Development, bringing nearly a decade of experience to the firm.
She leads on all aspects of BTMK’s brand management, including advertising, digital strategy, social media, networking events, and the firm’s presence in both local and national publications.
Codey’s motto — “Be good at what we do and do good in everything that we do” — reflects her commitment to excellence and community impact. She has been instrumental in developing BTMK’s relationship with Southend United Football Club and plays a pivotal role in uniting local businesses through the annual Play on the Pitch initiative at Roots Hall.
As Chair of BTMK’s Charity Committee, Codey also dedicates time to supporting charities and community groups across Essex.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, and relaxing with a cup of Yorkshire Tea.
