There is a facility to upload relevant documents and we would encourage you to provide as much information to us as possible so that we can assess the nature of the dispute. For example, if Court proceedings have been issued, please provide a copy. If your matter relates to an employment law issue, especially a Settlement Agreement, please upload a copy. All data and information is held in accordance with our privacy policy and where matters do not progress, information and data will be deleted in accordance with that policy. If you don’t wish to provide information in this way, or you are not able to, we will still be able to take information from you when we speak or make contact.
