BTMK Solicitors Ltd are looking to recruit a Receptionist, based at our Broadway, Leigh on Sea office. The is a full-time and permanent position.

Previous experience would be preferred.

Salary and associated benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, work well in a team and have the ability to use their own initiative.

Please find below a description of some general duties, the list is not exhaustive but is meant to describe the regular work you will be required to conduct.

•Answering calls as required and dealing with messages as necessary
•Performing reception duties, including meeting and greeting clients, in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
•Performing routine clerical tasks for the other departments in the building, including but not limited to: closing dead files, file archiving, helping with residual balances
•Attending such training as may be approved by the firm as will be necessary to fulfil the requirements of the position
•Adherence to relevant health & safety procedures
•Checking/tending meeting rooms regularly
•Dealing with incoming post: scanning and post distribution as necessary
•Dealing with the daily outgoing post, including franking and any special delivery items
•Photocopying/scanning/franking as required both by reception and other teams in the building
•Adherence to office policies and procedures as set out in the office manual
•Keeping stationery stocks up to date and ordering as required
•Other ad hoc duties
