ABOUT THE ROLE:

BTMK Solicitors Ltd is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Assistant to support our growing legal teams, primarily within our Residential Conveyancing departments. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, thrives on building relationships, and is excited to contribute to the growth of a respected legal practice. While prior experience in business development is a plus, it’s not essential — full training and support will be provided. A clean, full UK driving licence is required.

  • Relationship Building: Engage with mortgage brokers and other contacts to expand our referral network and increase our mortgage panel presence.
  • Lead Conversion: Follow up on client quotes to convert more enquiries into new business opportunities.
  • Client Enquiry Handling: Act as the first point of contact for new client enquiries during office hours, conducting initial fact-finding before passing to the relevant team, exploiting additional opportunities for work.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing administration including research, email campaigns, mail merges, and other tasks as directed by the Heads of Departments but specifically related to residential property and conveyancing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive and professional environment.
